| 摘 要： | 英语听力水平的提高，必须从语言基础、听力速度、听力记忆和听力技巧的提高四方面入手。首先要加强对语言基础知识的掌握，尤其需要掌握有关“听”的语音、词汇和语法知识。听力速度和听力记忆也是决定听力测试成败的重要因素。采用“一步到位法”是提高听力速度的有效方法。提高听力记忆能力的关键是延长“短暂记忆”的时间。还要掌握必要的听力技巧，如听力预测、捕捉关键词以及快速记录的方法等。

| Abstract: | ：The improving of one's listerning ability depends on a basic knowledge of the language，on the quickening of the listening speed，on the enhancement of memory，and on the accurate application of listening skills. Listeners should be aware of the basic language knowledge，the phonetic， lexical and grammatical knowledge in particular. The enhancement of one's listening speed is another factor that exerts much influence on listening. The enhancement of one's memory of the listening materials relies heavily on the prolongation of “temporary memory ”.Besides， the ability to apply properly various skills is also decisive in improving one's listening. |
