| 摘 要： | 职业院校采用工作过程导向的课程开发方法,取得了明显成效,职业教育特征愈发明显,但由于改革不彻底,专业特色不明显,职业要求不突出的问题依然存在。为了进一步满足企业对用人的要求,使人才培养更加符合职业需求,本文以模具设计与制造专业为例,探讨了装备制造类专业在前期改革的基础上深化工作过程导向的课程改革,以生产流程为导向构建新课程体系,以企业生产组织方式开展项目化教学,并融入构建现代学徒制基本要素的方法、途径,为深入推进现代职业教育提供一种解决方案。

| Abstract: | Vocational schools developed courses with the work -process -oriented methods, and achieved remarkable results. There still exist problems of non-prominent in job requirements because of incomplete reform and obscure professional features. To further meet the requirements of employers and to make personnel training more compliant with professional requirements, this paper discusses deepening the work-process-oriented reform based on previous curriculum reform in mold design and manufacturing spe-cialty, and to build a new production-process-oriented curriculum system and to carry out teaching with production organization together with basic elements and ways of modern apprenticeship, and provide a solution to further promote modern vocational educa-tion. |
