体育锻炼对大学生主观幸福感的影响

摘    要:通过问卷调查法等方法对340名大学生进行了体育锻炼与主观幸福感关系的研究,探讨了大学生的性别、年级与主观幸福感的关系,及体育锻炼频率、时间、强度、历史等要素对主观幸福感的影响。结果表明:性别、年级对大学生主观幸福感没有显著性影响;而锻炼强度、历史对大学生主观幸福感有显著性和非常显著性影响;进行中、小强度锻炼的大学生或锻炼历史超过一年的大学生的总体幸福感水平显著性高。

Abstract:The present study conduct a research on the relationship between physical exercise and SWB of college students by the methods of questionnaire,340 college students in the research.The research examined the function of the effects of the frequency,intensity,duration,history of exercise and some of their basic conditions on their SWB.The results of present study:The sex,grade did not impact on SWB of college students.Intensity of exercise has a influence on SWB of college students.History of exercise has a very significant influence them.SWB of the college students is significant high when they do exercise by medium intensity or small intensity.Obviously,their SWB are significant high when they persisted in exercise one year or more.
