论类主体视野下教育管理的理念与模式

摘    要:类主体是通过主体间性交往所达到的既实现人性的张扬,又实现主体间的聚合性、整体性的状态.教育管理中的管理者和被管理者的关系是"主体-主体"的关系,强调人性的尊重、话语的平等、交往的真诚.但是作为被管理者的个体主体或群体主体的主体性,存在着由不成熟到比较成熟、再到成熟的主体性生长的过程,因此,相应的管理模式为保护式主体间性模式、民主式主体间性模式和服务式主体间性模式.

Abstract:Quasi-subject is a kind of state in which not only human nature is represented, but also the character of polymerization and conjunction is realized. The relationship of administrator and personnel in education management is the reflection of the relationship between subject and subject, emphasizing the respect of human nature, equality and sincerity of interaction. But the subjectivity of individual and group as personnel will grow from the immature to the comparatively mature, and then to the mature. So the corresponding modes of education management should be protective inter-subjectivity, democratic inter-subjectivity and service-oriented inter-subjectivity.
