师德修养刍议

摘    要:尊师重教是中华民族的传统美德,与此相一致,社会亦对教师提出了严格要求,促成师德的形成和发展。加强师德修养是教师职业道德建设的核心,亦是公民道德建设的基本内容之一。从师德修养的内涵入手分析论述当前加强师德修养的必要性、目标与方法,以及师德修养应当达到的三重境界。

Abstract:Respecting the teacher is a traditional virtue of the Chinese people.Accordingly,the society give the teacher strict requirement,which prompt the formation and development of teacher's virtue.To reinforce the accomplishments of teacher's virtue is the core of the mastery of teacher's professional morality.This essay tries to analyze and prove the necessity,aim and methods of reinforcing teacher's virtue at present,and the three essential extents extents attained through it.
