| 摘 要： | 总分馆制作为一种全新的文献管理服务模式,近年来在我国公共图书馆界得到越来越多的关注。文章在新建本科院校文献资源建设现状的背景下,结合公共图书馆总分馆制的实施,尝试着构建新建本科院校内部文献资源共建共享的新模式———总（馆）分馆制。
