| Abstract: | Some difficult points that affect carrying out cost compensation for higher education in our country are:the wrong areas that come from understanding and knowing the content of carrying out cost compensation for nigher education by social massess and by the higher education itself;the comparative lag of the reform of higher education system and how to scientifically define the ratio of the cost compensation for higher education in accordance with our national conditions. |
