摘    要:湘军集团之首曾国藩和胡林翼始终将人才问题置于国家兴亡的角度,视其为战争胜利的关键。他们俩在实践中积累了丰富的经验并且最终形成一套系统实效的人才理论,并为此做出巨大的努力从而创造出一个人才鼎盛的局面,但同时由于当时各方面的因素也使二人的人才观存在着一些差别。这些都成为赢得战争胜利的重要因素并且对晚清政局也产生了深远的影响。

Abstract:Zeng Guofan and Hu Linyi, the head of the group of army of Hunan,put talent questions for the fate of his country all the time,it is the key to make the war victory.They two accumulate abundant experience and form one systematic talent theory of actual effect,make enormous efforts to creat situation,talent of great prosperity for this,and at the same time because of the factors of two so that they have some differences.These became victorious important factors to won the war and exerte a far-reaching influence on the political situation of late Qing either.
