| Abstract: | At present,there are many problems in the management of intellectual property rights in Chinese universities.These problems are to be studied and solved.This paper analyses not only some chief problems that exist in intellectual property rights in Chinese universities,but also the influencing factors.Based on that,some countermeasures are brought forward about protection and management of intellectual property rights in Chinese university. |
