| 摘 要： | 校企合作是地方高职院校人才培养的基本途径之一，是高职教育的一个显著特征。地方高校依靠“校企合作”办学模式，围绕地方经济社会发展的需求，以服务于区域经济建设为宗旨、以提高人才培养质量为目标、以改革并建立灵活的课程体系为基础，努力打造工学结合实习实训教学平台；围绕实习管理工作中的薄弱环节，建立健全与之配套的规章制度，加强实习的过程管理与监控，实现了“企业、学校、学生”三赢，取得了实习管理工作的新突破和新成效。

| Abstract: | The school-enterprise cooperation is one way of talents cultivation, one of a prominent feature to higher vocational education. Local colleges rely on ＂the school-enterprise cooperation＂ mode, running around the needs of local economic and social development, for the purpose to serve the regional economic development, in order to improve the personnel training quality, to reform and establish flexible curriculum system as the foundation, to create the practical teaching platform combining learning with working; around the weak links of practice management work, to establish and perfect the rules and regulations, strengthening the management and monitoring of the internship process, realize the ＂enterprises, schools, students＂ three win, to obtain the new breakthrough and new achievements of the practice management. |
