| 摘 要： | 美国总统罗斯福为了实现他关于中国和东亚的设想,在战时保持盟国之间的合作,在战后继续以大国合作作为新的世界秩序的基础,于1944年6月派副总统华莱士访问中国,与蒋介石举行了多次会谈。内容涉及中美关系、中苏关系、国共关系以及中国国内的经济和军事形势等。其中中美关系和国共关系是最主要的议题。这次访问的直接后果是使蒋介石同意派遣美军观察组去延安,以及罗斯福总统派一个私人代表来华。

| Abstract: | In order to carry out his design of China and East Asia,to maintain the cooperation between allied nations in war and to continue the world order based on the cooperation between big nations,President Roosevelt sent Vice-president Wallace to visit China and held several talks with Jiang Kai-shek.Their talks involved the relations between China and the United States,China and the Soviet Union,the Communist Party and Kuomingtong and the economic and military situation in China,of which the Sino-American relations and the relations between the Communist Party and Kuomingtong were the most important,and it was this visit resulted in Jiang Kai-shek's consent of sending American Observation Group to Yanan and a Roosevelt's private representative to China. |
