| 摘 要： | 公路发展到一定阶段,必将要求有一定的公路法规体系与之相适应,从而不断的促进公路交通事业的发展.1927年至1937年间,河南省先后颁布了一系列的公路法规,试图用法律的形式和权威保障河南公路事业的顺利进行,其内容涵盖了公路建设的方方面面,形成了相对比较完整、系统的公路法规体系,奠定了河南省公路法规建设的基础.

| Abstract: | Road to a certain stage of development and will require a certain road system corresponding laws and regulations so as to constantly promote the development of the cause of road traffic.From 1927 to 1937,Henan Province has issued a series of laws and regulations of the road in an attempt to use legal authority to guarantee the smooth progress of the cause of Henan road,which cover all aspects of Road construction,form a relatively complete system of laws and regulations of the road and establishes a foundation for the construction of laws and regulations of the Henan road. |
