| 摘 要： | 随着社会和经济的不断发展,人们对医疗保障日益关注,特别是在缺医少药的农村,农民的就医问题备受关注。建立新型农村合作医疗制度已提上议事日程,但这一制度的建立和实施存在认识上、资金上、管理上等方面的困难,本文试提出几点具体措施,对完善我国新型农村合作医疗制度进行初步探讨。

| Abstract: | With the development of society and economy,more and more people attach importance to their health,especially in rural areas where peasants have difficulty in seeing doctors.So establishing the system of rural cooperative medical care has been an imminent mission.However,there are many handicaps in course of establishing this system.We must take the corresponding measure to pefect the system of rural cooperative medical care in China. |
