| 摘 要： | 本研究抽取苏南、苏中、苏北片15所高职院校，对其学校的体育教学现状，学生的学习动因、目标和教学指导思想、教学内容、教学组织管理等进行了调查，通过调查，分析出江苏高职院校的体育教学中存在的问题及原因所在，探索出高职院校体育教学中具有建设意义的对策，为促进江苏高职院校学校体育教学质量的提高、全面落实素质教育提供参考意见。

| Abstract: | This paper, based on a case study covering professional colleges in the south, north and centre of Jiangsu province, investigates their present situation, student＇s learning motivation, target and teaching guideline, teaching contents and teaching management of physical education. The overall investigation shows that there are some existing problems and reasons. Through the analysis, a solution is made to improve the teaching quality and supply some helpful suggestions for Quality education. |
