Abstract:It becomes more and more obvious that professional nonfeasance of university librarians has had negative influences on the development of library.Thus,it is a major trend of library work on how to introduce incentive machanism and take different encouragement meansures to rekindle librarians' enthusiasm in work so as to suppress their professional nonfeasance.
