| 摘 要： | 通过对西藏林周县基础教育的实地调查,发现中学生入学率很高,但巩固率很低,这与学生家长对学校的认识、寺院对学生的影响及学生的汉语能力有关.为此,应提高农牧民和学龄儿童对现代科学知识的掌握,加强师资队伍建设,因地制宜,因材施教,开阔学生的视野,解决好大学毕业生就业,让学生树立信心,为自己的理想而奋斗.

| Abstract: | Through an investigation of elementary education of Linzhou County in Tibet,we found that among middle school students,both enrollment rate and dropout rate are high.This is related with their parents' understanding of school,the influence of monasteries on students and Chinese ability of students.Therefore,we should help farmers,herdsmen as well as children of school age to master modern scientific knowledge,strengthen teaching body building,conduct teaching according to local conditions and students' levels,widen students' horizons,help find employment for university graduates,and encourage students to have confidence and study hard to pursue their ideals. |
