| 摘 要： | 强调教师职务聘任中的规则与法律责任 ,既有利于对高等学校从事教师职务聘任的工作人员进行有效的法律监督和约束 ,公平公正地行使聘任权 ,从而优化教师队伍 ;也有利于被聘任的教师依法履行教师职责 ,完成好教学任务 ,真正提高教学质量。因此 ,聘任者和被聘任者都应增强法律意识 ,学习好相关法律 ,自觉遵守有关规则与法律

| Abstract: | Emphasising on the rules and legal responsibilities in the employment of the faculty's duty is not only good at supervising and restricting the worker who is engaging in the employment of faculty's duty in high school, so as to employ teachers fairlyand,optimize the faculty. On the other hand it's also good at the employees carrying out their faculty's duty legally, well accomplishing the task of teaching and absolutely improving the quality of teaching. Above all, employer and employee must enhance their legal awarehess, grasp the correlative law well and obey the correlative rules and law automatically. |
