| 摘 要： | 就少儿篮球启蒙训练应注意的几个问题进行阐述，认为：（１） 要狠抓基本功的系统训练，讲究动作规范；（２） 练习方法要多样化，提高练习的趣味性；（３） 练习内容的安排应符合少年儿童的认识规律；（４） 要精讲多练，注意示范的正确、直观和美观。（５） 要合理安排练习量；（６） 要注意战斗作风的培养和教练员的表率作用；（７） 要注意批评的语言艺术，调动学生的积极性。

| Abstract: | Stating the attentions to be paid in kids elementary basketball training,noting that(one)strong emphasis on the systematic training of basic skills,(two)diversified training methods so as to increase the interests of training,(three)the arrangements of training contents showld fit the thinking ways of the kids,(four)teaching should be concise and training should be a lot,pay attention to the correctness,direct-vision and gracefulness of the demonstration,(five) fair arrangements of training amount,(six) Pay attention to the development of combatting persistence and the examplary role of the couches,(seven)Pay attention to the language when criticizing,encouraging the pupiles. |
