| 摘 要： | 在制订教学计划中如何处理好教学内容之间的搭配、教学单元的衔接等各种关系，将直接影响教学的质量和效果。对制订体育教学计划的科学性、教育性和艺术性进行了阐述，认为科学性是基础，教育性是本质，而艺术性是进行科学性教育的有效方法，三之间存在着内在联系。

| Abstract: | The dealing of teaching contents,connections between each unit in formulating the teaching plans have direct influence on the quality and effects of teaching. This paper expatriates the scientific,instructive and artistic laws in formulating the teaching plans,which requires the plans should be first scientific and instructive and artistic. |
