| 摘 要： | 高职院校教师科研素质的提升,与学校科研管理密切相关。分析高职院校科研管理的内涵及目前科研管理存在问题的成因,提出提高高职院校科研管理水平的对策,并以江苏城市职业学院常州学院为例,对高职院校科研管理影响教师科研素质提升的因素进行研究和总结。

| Abstract: | The improvement of the teacher＇s scientific research capability in higher vocational colleges has an intimate relation with their scientific research management.Analyzing the connotation of the scientific research management in higher vocational colleges and the causes of the existing problems in present scientific research management,the thesis puts forwards some countermeasures to improve the scientific research management level,taking Changzhou college of the Jiangsu Urban Vocational Colleges as an example,makes a research and summary about the factors which affects the improvement of the teacher＇s scientific research capability in higher vocational colleges. |
