| 摘 要： | 我国现存资本市场存在的主要问题有 :1 .金融机构难以有效发挥其作用 ;2 .直接融资处于“襁褓”阶段 ,有待发展与完善 ;我国资本市场可持续发展的思路 :改造间接融资体系 ,降低不良债权比例 ;适度、有序地发展直接融资。
