| 摘 要： | 职务犯罪作为一种极其复杂的社会现象，是多种因素综合作用的产物。只有采取多管齐下的综合性控制策略，把道德自律、制度约束和司法惩治有效结合起来，才能达到遏制职务犯罪的目的。
