| 摘 要： | 以真实的学习生活体会为基础,结合一些目前世界名校的课程开放建设现状,以及笔者在国内普通高等院校的实际工作经历和感受,对高校实验室、实验课程建设和发展提出一些看法、思考和建议。既记述了笔者的学习体会,同时也考虑到具体环境的不同实际情况,提出不应该盲从的观点,从实际出发,注重实验工作人员岗位的发展和课程设计的改良。

| Abstract: | This article is based on the actural overseas study experiences,distance learning experiences of some open courses of the world’s finest universities,and the author’s working experiences as a college teacher in China.All the advices and suggestions indicate that Chinese higher education should consider its real circumstance,make efforts on the development of the laboratory staff and laboratory instructional design. |
