| 摘 要： | 高职院校的档案开发利用工作与高职教育的发展要求有着较大的差距，存在着思想认识狭隘、利用状况和需求不相适应、技术条件落后等问题。正确认识档案开发利用工作的重要意义，必须从提高师生员工的档案意识、掌握利用者需求特点、规范档案管理、提高档案人员素质等方面，去不断探索档案开发利用工作的新思路。

| Abstract: | There is a big gap between the development and application of archive work in higher vocational school and the development of higher vocational education, along with some problems like the narrow understanding in ideology, applicability situation not satisfying the needs, the comparatively backwardness in technical conditions. To understand correctly the important significance of developing and utilizing archive work, the ideology in archive work should be raised among the staff to the extent of finding out the points of the users' needs, regulated archive administering, improving the quality of staff and continually exploring new ways of deve loping and utilizing archive work. |
