| 摘 要： | 新课程标准的颁布对中学体育教师提出了新的要求,同时也为体育教师带来了前所未有的机遇和充分施展才华的舞台。体育教师必须根据体育课程改革的需要及新课程标准的要求相应地拓展自身的能力,包括课程决策能力、课程资源开发能力、教学设计能力、教学监控能力、培养学生心理健康的能力和适应社会的能力。只有这样才能更好地完成学校体育的教学任务,培养高素质的人才。

| Abstract: | The issue of the new course standard has put forward the new requirement for the P.E.teachers of secondary school,brought the unprecedented opportunity and stage for P.E.teachers to fully display their talents at the same time.P.E.teachers must expand their own abilities according to the request of the need of P.E.course reform and new course standard,including course decision ability,course resource development ability,teaching design capacity,teaching control ability,cultivating ability of students' psychological health and meeting society.Only in this way a qualified P.E.teachers in the 21st century could fulfill the teaching task of school P.E.better,and train high-quality talents. |
