| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代,优秀的图书馆员是图书馆事业的重要资源和首要财富。但是网络信息技术的发展和应用,使传统图书馆员在信息领域失去了原有的优势地位,图书馆员必须进行继续教育和培训,加紧对现代网络信息知识的学习和对原来知识的更新,担当好网络图书馆时代的“知识导航员”和大学图书馆里的“学科馆员”。
