| 摘 要： | 化发展问题是中国现代化发展过程中的一个十分重要的问题。进入新的世纪，在先进化的方向下，怎样推进化发展？一要维护化主权，着力建设面向世界，有中国特色的化；二要处理好历史化和现代化的关系，三要处理好高雅化和大众化的关系，四要加强对消费化的引导和管理。

| Abstract: | Cultural development is an important question in the course Chinese modernization How can we developour culture to the progressive cutural direction in the new century?First,weshould protect cultural sovereinty and construct a culture both world oriented and with chinese characteristics.Second,the relation between traditional and modera cultures must be well handled.Third,the relation between the classic and popular cultures should be dealt with properly.And fourth and last,cultural consumption should be manageg and guided. |
