| 摘 要： | 中部六省共86个地级市图书馆，却只有28个建有网站。文章在全国文化信息资源共享工程建设与中部崛起大潮的背景下，对这28个图书馆网站进行调查分析，找出地级市图书馆网上服务中的亮点与不足，并根据调查的结果提出一些相关的改进意见。

| Abstract: | There are 86 city libraries in the six central provinces,in which only 28 have websites.This paper did a survey on the 28 libraries' on-line services under the ground of the Cultural Information Resource Sharing Project and the rising of the central provinces.It finds out some highlights and inadequacies in the on-line services of these libraries,and gives some related improvement countermeasures according to the survey results. |
