| 摘 要： | 新中国成立后，中国共产党面临着执政的诸多考验。以毛泽东为代表的中国共产党人把马克思主义党的学说同中国共产党建设的实际相结合，提出了转移工作重心、密切联系群众、实行民主集中制和“任人唯贤”干部路线等一系列执政党建设思想，为我党探索执政党建设规律奠定了坚实的基础。

| Abstract: | After the founding of the new China, as a party in power, the Chinese Communist Party faced with many trials. With MAO Ze-dong as their representative, the Chinese Communists, by combining Marxist theory on party building with the practice of the building of the Chinese Communist Party, put forward a series of ideas on the building of the party in power, such as shifting the focal point of work, maintaining close ties with the masses, practicing the system of democratic centralism, and appointing people according to their ability and political integrity, which laid a solid foundation for the Party to seek for the law of the building the party in power. |
