| 摘 要： | 苏轼贬谪岭南后,在跟该地的养生文化接触过程中,开始自觉地利用、建设与传播岭南养生文化。本文将立足于苏轼与岭南养生文化的关系,来剖析苏轼在贬谪生涯中最本真的生命形态,以及他对岭南乃至整个北宋的养生文化发展的贡献。

| Abstract: | During the demoted period, Sushi came to know about the Lingnan health culture and tried to use, construct and transmit it consciously. This paper analyzes the most authentic form of life of Sushi in the demoted period, and his contributions to the development of health culture in Lingnan region and the whole Northern Song Dynasty. |
