| 摘 要： | 土地征收补偿制度是协调和解决在土地征收过程中国家、社会和个人权益冲突的一项基本制度,妥善解决土地征收补偿问题,对保护农民的土地权益、建设社会主义新农村、实现和谐社会都具有十分重要的意义。但我国现行土地征收补偿制度是传统计划经济的产物,在市场经济体制下,该制度存在诸多问题,应加强补偿范围、补偿标准、补偿方式等方面的研究,探索一条适合我国国情的土地征收补偿制度的改革途径。

| Abstract: | The land imposition and compensation system is a basic system that accommodates and resolves the conflict between the country,the society and the individuals in the course of land imposition.In this regard,land imposition is of vital importance to the land rights of farmers,to the construction of the socialist new villages,and to the harmony of society.But the current land imposition and compensation system in our country is the outcome of traditional planned economy,and under the market economy system,many problems arise out of it.So it is necessary to enhance the research on compensation scope, compensation standard,compensation way,etc.,blacing a trail avaliable to our country. |
