| 摘 要： | 在我国新一轮的基础教育课程改革中,《体育与健康》课程确立了“健康第一”的核心思想,这无疑将对改革我国传统的体育教学观念、教学内容、教学模式、教学方法起到积极地作用。本文分析了《体育与健康》课程确立“健康第一”思想的历史必然性,同时进一步明确了健康新概念,并对树立“健康第一”思想,发挥体育课程的健康功能等问题进行了论述。

| Abstract: | In the new cowse reformation of basic education in china, "REand Health" has set up a core idea--health is in the first place, Undoubtedly, itwill have an positive effect on reforming our traditional teaching concepts,contents, mode and methods. This essay analyzes the historical inevitabilityof establishing this idea, Also, it gives a further ex-plaination on the newconcept of health, And it discusses some questions about the thought ofhealth first and how to bring the health function of P.
