| 摘 要： | 文章从文化产业与山西面食的关系出发，分析了山西面食业的历史及现状，进而提出将山西面食与传统的文化产业相结合、与新型网络动漫游戏产业相结合、与新媒体和第五媒体相结合，形成一个覆盖休闲旅游业、媒介出版业和影视传媒业以及文化教育业和博览会展业相协调发展的综合性、多功能的经济业务平台的对策，带动山西从旅游大省向旅游强省转变，让山西面食这张金字招牌焕发青春，为山西经济的再次腾飞作出贡献。
