| 摘 要： | 为迎接信息时代的挑战，作为高校图书馆工作的延伸和补充，高校院系资料室建设工作必须尽快进行适应性改革。从实际出发，新时期高校院系资料室建设工作应从以下几个方面着手：藏书建设要特色化；信息环境要网络化；情报服务要专题化。只有这样，高校院系资料室才能深化改革，摆脱原来的模式，进一步发挥出其基础作用和信息先导作用。

| Abstract: | As a complement to the libraries in colleges,the resource room of each department must also adapt itself to the challenges in Information Age.In actual conditions,at least three reforms should be carried out in the construction of the resource room: first,specializing the book storage;second,networking the resources;third,paying attention to the topicality of the resources.If so,the resource room can shake off the traditional pattern to play a greater role in providing resources. |
