| 摘 要： | 文章从新生入馆教育的重要性出发,对目前入馆教育方式存在的问题进行了分析,指出了新生入馆教育工作在思想观念、教育方式和手段等方面应进行全面改革,并就利用网络环境进行新生入馆教育进行了论述。
