| 摘 要： | 民族教育的优惠政策对我国民族教育事业的发展起到了巨大的推动和促进作用。但随着时代的发展、形势的变化。有些优惠政策需在实践中加以改进和完善。应转变思想，更新观念，注重实施过程中的实际效果，以便使民族教育优惠政策发挥更充分的作用。
