| 摘 要： | 职业足球是商品经济发展的必然产物。建立职业足球俱乐部是市经济条件下足球运动发展的内在要求。在适应计划经济向市场经济转换过程中，原有的足球生产关系已不适应足球生产力迅猛发展的要求，因而，职业足球俱乐部内部出现了种种问题。从股份制体制角度出发，论证股份制体制是解决足球俱乐部内部弊端的有效手段之一；探讨足球俱乐部实行股份制体制的可行性，并依此为基点规划股份制足球俱乐部适应市场经济的前景，为建立与市场经济相适应的社会主义股份制足球俱乐部新体制提出合理建议。

Exploration of Stock System of Professional Football in China |

| Abstract: | Professional football is the necessary product of the commodity economy development. It is the in-ternal requirerment of the football development to set up professional football clubs in China under the circum-stances of market econopomy In the course of the transfer of the planned economy to the market economy theoriginal production relati0ns of football were not soitable to the requirement of the rapid football development.There fore, various problems appeared within the professional football clubs. From the viewpoint of stock sys-tem it was discussed that the stock system was one of the effective measures for solving the problems of abuseinside the football clubs. And the feasibility of carrying out stock system in football clubs was also discussed.Based on those points, the prospect of stock-system football clubs, suitable to the market econorny was laidout. Reasonable suggestions were put forward for setting up a new systetn of socialistic stock-system footballclubs, suitable to the market econorny. |
