| 摘 要： | 本文通过问卷调查研究当下高校学生安全游泳知识储备与安全意识的现状,发现大多数同学没有游泳救生相关知识,且不太了解游泳禁忌及安全须知。建议高校应将安全游泳教育的理论与实践作为游泳教学的重要内容加入到游泳课程中,并且要有具体内容和课时量的要求。高校体育是学校体育的最后一站,是学校体育与社会体育的接轨处,也是终身体育的关键环节。在大学期间进行安全教育,提高安全意识,势在必行。通过本研究为高校大学生安全游泳教育提供可行性理论依据及参考。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the current situation of College Students'safe swimming knowledge reserve and safety awareness through questionnaire survey.It is found that most of the students do not have the knowledge of swimming lifesaving,and do not understand the swimming taboos and safety instructions.It is suggested that colleges and universities should take the theory and practice of safe swimming education as an important part of swimming teaching,and there should be specific content and class requirements.College physical education is the last stop of school physical education,the junction of school physical education and social physical education,and the key link of lifelong physical education.It is imperative to carry out safety education and improve safety awareness in University.This study provides a feasible theoretical basis and reference for the safe swimming education of college students. |
