| 摘 要： | 就业形势决定于劳动力的供给和需求状况.实践表明,人口因素、劳动者的受教育水平、职业培训、经济发展状况等因素,都从不同的方面影响到劳动力供给、劳动力需求和劳动力资源的配置方式,从而进一步影响就业的状况.本文通过分析青海省劳动力市场的供求状况,从中揭示了青海省就业压力的主要制约因素.
