摘    要:在氩气保护下利用高频感应钎焊的方法制作了钎焊金刚石试样,通过三维视频显微镜及扫描电镜对磨削花岗石时的金刚石磨粒磨损形貌的观察,分析了金刚石磨粒磨损的主要形式及原因.实验结果表明,感应钎焊金刚石磨粒在磨削过程中的磨损形态主要为完整晶形、磨平、微破碎、宏观破碎,其磨损机理主要为磨耗磨损和磨粒破碎;磨粒内部产生的微裂纹是造成磨粒磨削过程中发生宏观破碎的主要原因,且切削用量对磨粒的磨损有显著的影响.

Abstract:Brazing diamond specimens was developed by high-frequency induction with a flowing argon atmosphere. Wear forms of wear was studied in grinding granite by observing the wear morphology of brazing diamond grits using three dimensional video microscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The experiment results indieated that the wear forms of diamond grits during grinding included integrity, flatting, micro-fracture and macro-fracture, and that the wear was mainly attributed to attritious wear and fracture of diamond. Moreover, mierocrack inside the diamond grits is the main reason for the macro fracture and grinding processing parameters have remarkable influence on the wear of grits.
