| 摘 要： | 《朝鲜策略》体现了黄遵宪驻日期间的外交思想水平。在《策略》中，黄氏总结了东亚与世界形势，论证了拒俄和开放自强是保存朝鲜的迫切而根本的措施。他指出，朝鲜在开放过程中要坚持几个原则，并形成新的外交与国际法观念。他曾热切地劝朝鲜“结日本”。直到写作《日本国志》，黄氏才在历史的总结中表现出对日本“霸”心的真正重视。在此之前，“结日本”思想才是他发自内心的根本主张，这与他在办理琉球案中严厉遏制日本侵略野心的主张是一致的，都源于他轻视日本。

| Abstract: | To write Korea Strategy is one of Huangzunxian's most important and typical diplomatic activities, reflected his level on diplomatic thought, it's important to research it.In Korea Strategy, Huang summarized the situation in the Far East and the world, demonstrated it was an impending and ultimate measure to prevent Russia and save Korea. He pointed out that Korea must persist in several principles, and form several new diplomatic concepts. He advised Korea to ally with Japan, this consistents with his opinions that cut off Japanese aggressive ambition, both due to his looking down on Japanese force, and this indicates that Huang had not understood Japanese aggressive nature. |
