摘    要:运用波特-劳勒综合激励模型对高校学生会干部的工作积极性进行分析,认为由于努力—绩效环节不畅、绩效——报酬环节受阻及效价和期望值不高导致高校学生会缺乏高效的激励系统,并依据该模型从解除学生会工作场景限制、发挥学生干部的主体性、提高学生会干部综合素质及提高学生会干部效价四个环节,对建立高效运转的激励系统,调动学生会干部工作积极性提出了对策。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the work enthusiasm of the university student union leaders by Porter-Lawler comprehensive incentive model.The College Student Union lacks efficient incentive system because of poor of the link between effort and performance,between performance and reward,low valence and expectations.According to the model this paper has proposed countermeasures,which are lifting of the work setting limit,exerting the subjectivity of the university student union leaders,improving the overall quality and valence of them,establishing efficient incentive system and motivating the work enthusiasm of them.
