| 摘 要： | 通过对退役运动员职业培训已实施的情况进行研究,结果表明目前退役运动员职业技能培训存在内容针对性不强、培训内容缺乏深度和忽视运动员自身成长经历和教育背景等方面的问题。在对职业测评分析的基础上,提出退役运动员职业技能培训在实施过程中和内容设计上要引入职业测评,并构建退役运动员职业培训的职业测评框架。

| Abstract: | Abstract： This article studies the implementation about ex- athletes vocational training, and show that the retired athlete training in vocational is not strong, training content lack of depth and ignore athletes to grow their own experience and educational background. Based on the analysis about the occupational evaluation, the artiele think about the implementation of vocational skills training and content of the course is designed to introduce career assessment and vocational training athletes, and build a retired professional evaluation framework. |
