元认知策略培训高中英语阅读的实证研究

摘    要:由于阅读在外语语言基本技能中占有重要的地位,如何提高学生的阅读水平长期以来一直是研究人员和教师们共同关注的问题.而元认知理论的核心是强调学生个体的自我认识、自我调控,要求对自身认知过程的意识进行监控调整,从而达到自动化的程度.本研究采用实验组和对照组的方式,设计了为期一学期的实验.本研究的意义在于,以高中一年级学生作为研究对象,将元认知策略培训融入到日常英语阅读教学中,从而探索元认知策略培训对英语阅读的效果.

Abstract:Due to the importance of reading among the basic foreign language skills,how to improve students’ English reading proficiency has long been a common concern for both researchers and FL teachers.The quintessence of metacognitive theory is to emphasize the students’ self-awareness and self-monitoring,and students are asked to monitor their cognitive process to reach an automatic degree.With a pretest-posttest control group design,100 Senior1 students from No.2 High School of LanLian participated in the experiment over one semester.Different from previous research projects,and integrates the metacognitive strategy training into regular EFL reading class to testify the effects of metacognitive strategy training on EFL reading.
