| 摘 要： | 体制性制约、资源性瓶颈、内涵发展缓慢,是地市属高专院校存在的突出问题。运用高等教育与区域经济社会协调发展的思想,以样本校为例,采用实证方法,提出了发展的基本思路及对策建议。实行"省地共建,以省为主"的管理体制,是破解发展难题的关键;整合资源,优化配置,建立高专与中职教育协调发展的地方高等教育体系,是战略性选择;依托地方产业开发,重视特色专业建设,大力开展应用性研究,服务地方经济社会发展,是学校的生命力所在;加强校园特色文化建设,积蓄软实力和竞争力,是学校发展不可或缺的内涵力。

| Abstract: | Institutional constraints,resource bottlenecks and slow content development,are outstanding problems exist for the local colleges.From the perspective of co-development of higher education and regional economic,take subject school as example,use empirical methods,this thesis tries to put forward countermeasures and suggestions.conclusion as following: the introduction of "province-based" management system is the key to solve development problems;integration of resources,optimal allocation,the establishment of the High Commissioner and the coordinated development of vocational education in the local higher education system,is a strategic choice;relying on the local industrial development,put emphasis on characteristics of professional development,vigorously carry out applied research,services,local economic and social development is the lifeblood of the school;enhance campus culture characteristics,savings and competitiveness of soft power is essential to school development. |
