| 摘 要： | 我国社会已经进入老龄化阶段,由于我国社会家庭结构、社会伦理道德发生变化,我国的老年人精神赡养问题逐渐突出,并呈现出不同于西方国家的特点和趋势。试图对我国精神赡养的概念加以确定,并提出了立法建议。

| Abstract: | China has stepped into a stage of aging society.Because of the social family structure and ethics have changed a lot,the problems of the spiritual support for the elderly becomes prominent gradually,and exhibited some characteristics and tendencies which are different from those of the western countries.The author tries to define the concept of spiritual support for the elderly in Chinese and propose some advice for legislation. |
