| 摘 要： | 玫瑰,又被称为刺玫瑰、徘徊花、刺客、穿心玫瑰.蔷薇科蔷薇属灌木.作为农作物,其花朵主要用于提炼香精玫瑰油,玫瑰油要比等重量黄金价值高,应用于化妆品、食品、精细化工等工业.玫瑰原产亚洲中部和东部干燥地区.现在我国华北、西北和西南及日本、朝鲜、北非、墨西哥、印度均有分布,在其他许多国家也被广泛种植.喜阳光,耐旱,耐涝,也能耐寒冷,适宜生长在较肥沃的沙质土壤中.从玫瑰花中提取的香料则是天然香料,使用玫瑰有益于身体健康.文章提供了用分子蒸馏技术提高玫瑰油产量的原理及工艺.

| Abstract: | Rose,rosaceae of Rosaceae shrub,also known as thorny rose,hovering flowers,assassins,and mandrel Rose.As a crop,its flower is mainly used for refining rose oil essence.Rose oil,which is mainly used for cosmetics,food,and fine chemical industry,is more valuable than the same weight of gold in terms of economic value.The article provides the application of molecular distillation technology to improve the rose oil production. |
