植物重金属胁迫及其抗氧化系统

摘    要:本讨论了植物细胞内活性久的作用,抗氧化系统的组成以及在重金属胁迫下,活性氧与抗化系统之间的关系。正好情况下,细胞内的活性氧与抗氧化系统之间保持着平衡,当植物处于重金属胁迫时势必打破活性氧清除与产生之间的平衡,造成活性久分子向积累方向推进,对植物产生严重的伤害。其中包括重金属对植物生长发育、细胞分裂、细胞膜透性、细胞生理变化等的伤害效应。

Abstract:The function that this text discussed the live oxygen of inside of plant cell. The constituting of the anti-oxidizes, system and under the heavy metals coerce, the live oxygen and anti-oxidizes system between relation to. Normal circumstance bottom, the cell inside oxidize and the anti- oxidizes for keeping equilibriumly. ding the plant outside in that the heavy metals coerce the current trend of events necessarily break Ole live oxygen clearance with produce. and result in the live oxygen numerator to push forward,disservice plant produce seriously toward backlog direction. Among them include the heary metals todisser ant growing, cell division, cell membrane osmosis as well as cell physiology change etc.
