| 摘 要： | 未来10年小学教师的专业发展要立足教育现代化、国际化的大背景,针对当下教师在＂学生为本＂理念及教师修养及教育服务、教育个性化等专业成长内容缺失、教师素质的弱项及今后教育发展需要上特别下足功夫,如儿童教育能力、教师＂身教＂能力、美育、创新能力、国际视野、教育服务能力等,谋求教师专业成长契合教育目标。
