| 摘 要： | 高职院校院系教学秘书队伍是教学管理措施的具体执行者,其队伍的建设直接影响着教学质量。以高职院校院系教学秘书工作的重要作用为着眼点,分析目前教学秘书工作状况,提出重视队伍建设、增强服务意识、提高工作质量的对策。

| Abstract: | The college teaching secretaries are the implementers of college teaching management measures,who affect the teaching quality directly.From the aspect of the teaching secretaries' role,the paper analyzes the existing problems of their work and puts forward the following countermeasures,such as valuing the construction of the teams,strengthening the awareness of service and improving the quality of work. |
